Please note that it is the responsibility of athletes/team managers/coaches to ensure that athletes are on the Start line ready to compete for their race.

All meetings start at 11:45 with the Under 11 Boys race. This is followed by the U11 Girls, U13 Girls, U13 Boys, U15 Girls, U15 Boys, U17 Ladies and U17 Men.

These races start consecutively.

The Senior Ladies race starts at 1:45 and Senior Men at 2:15.
